Monterey-based guitarist Catherine "Cat" Broz is a versatile musician known for her dynamic live performances across the Central Coast. Blending traditional Spanish and classical guitar with contemporary pop, jazz, and rock, her eclectic repertoire creates a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere for local venues and community events. Cat will be performing at the Estéban patio on Thursday, July 30th, August 20th & 27th. Dinner reservations are required to enjoy the show. 

Every Sunday, enjoy $1 West Coast Oysters! Our skilled team shucks fresh oysters at the bar—try them with lemon or Chef Steven’s spiced house-made hot sauce. Arrive early; oysters are first come, first served.

From New England to the American South, and finally the West Coast, a shellfish boil is one of America's great communal dining traditions. Every Monday night, served tableside in paella pans, the West Coast Boil includes peel-and-eat prawns, clams, mussels, corn cob pieces, Spanish chorizo sausage, fingerling potatoes, and Chef Steven's secret Cajun spice, all for $30 per pan. This lively, hands-on feast celebrates California's seafood and Spain's culinary traditions.
